Just when I was feeling tapped out of cool new ideas for the wedding, I came across this picture from an all-white bridal shower brunch designed by Amy Atlas. I just love the cups of white lemonade with calligraphed "Best Wishes" straws. Adorable and classy all at once.

You need to work on a signature drink for the wedding. Some kind of champagne cocktail with a pretty colored sugar rim. What's your favorite thing to drink?
ReplyDeleteExcellent idea. Well, I do LOVE lemonade. Not a liquor fan though but I can make an exception for this occasion :) Any recommendations for lemonade?
ReplyDeleteMy fave new drink is anything with St. Germain. It's slightly sweet, so the combination below might be good. I haven't tried it yet. Maybe we should arrange for a tasting party?

¼ shot(s) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method: POUR first two ingredients into chilled glass. TOP with champagne. Garnish with lemon zest twist.
